Adam Hirshfeld says: "I got this yesterday and it's quite good, it's quiet and it runs pretty fast, I transfered 512 gigs from a slower drive in under an hour, I think it was 50 minutes but I'm not sure. I wasn't able to create a single partition though, I could cut the drive into roughly two thirds and one third but no more. That might be some kind of barrier set up in BIOS or something, maybe it's a Windows 7 thing. I chose to cut it in half. 2x 1360gigs, that works fine but I would rather have a single partition."

Adam Hirshfeld says: "I've been using this processor for a long time, it performs better than I expected. I have a youtube channel, I render everything in 1080p with 8 megabytes per second compression (youtube encodes all videos with 8 megabyte compression anyway) rendering video is extremely processor intensive, especially while introducing compression. This processor is mostly good for multitasking, as it has hyperthreading. I work mostly with game consoles, but when I do record PC gameplay I do it with FRAPS, which itself requires a lot of processing power, it always handles well. Most of the time I can't tell fraps is recording at all. If it's a really processor intensive game I can tell because I'll lose a few frames per second."

Deanjo says: "The reason for the difference is that the non DX models use asynchronous flash vs the synchronous flash of the DX models. Mushkin only posts speeds that ATTO supplies which is basically a test of the controller and firmware but not actual writes to the flash. If you use any other benchmarking software or even do an actual copy operation you where it actually writes to the flash you will see the drastic difference in speed."

Ferret says: "The specs listed for this model here are indeed the same as Mushkin's site so its interesting to see your results are so much lower. I had to double check with their site to make sure we didn't get it wrong. I also just realized how difficult it is to find reviews for this specific product and not the DX model. Some people are reporting great results, and other people mediocre but of course none of them lists what they are running it on."

Deanjo says: "First of all PCI-E 1x V2 supports 5.0 GT/s (500MB/second) which is what a majority of boards have had in the last 5+ years. (If it was Gigabytes /s like you said you would have plenty of bandwidth for even an array of PCI-e based SSD's) Secondly even the fastest of mechanical hard drives peak at a max throughput of 200 MB/s (average sustained on the new Velociraptor is 160 MB/s) fall well short of PCI-e bandwidth saturation of a PCI-e x1 V2 slot. Thirdly, chances are that you would be being such a card for added connectivity for added storage and speed would not be a primary concern. You would have your speedy SSD's on the motherboard chipset."

Deanjo says: "Pro's: works fine for windows use Con's: Poor linux support. You have to download the source code for the linux drivers and do some clever patching to get them to compile on modern kernels. The Marvell 88SE9128 also contains a hardware bug that prevents use of port multiplying so don't consider this card if you are looking to use a FBS port multiplier along with it. http://marc.info/?l=linux-ide&m=131054246303180&w=2 Terribly slow to initialize and detect drives. Expect to add another 45-60 seconds to your bootup. This occurs using either the RAID bios or the none RAID bios that are available. Data throughput was also slow compared to even a PCI-e x1 based Sata 2 controller."

yohojones says: "I've had this for several months now. Pluses: The DLNA server works great. Allows you to browse by folder and my Samsung tv has been able to play everything. Can backup off to usb or esata drives. Negatives: The web management software is not great. You can get everything done but isn't very intuitive and takes some time to explore and learn. No community. Patriot has a forum but very little activity. No OSX Lion support for afp network transfers. Errors when trying to access on Lion. No firmware updates. Patriot hasn't released any updates. It's cheap and works for a backup and dlna server but don't expect miracles. My raid failed once and was unrecoverable. But that might have been a bad hard drive so I'm not going to blame the device for that, though it should have been recoverable with raid 5."

joelt says: "I picked this motherboard up because of the overclocking features and that it was much cheaper then the full sized Maximus. Though I wound up regretting that once I had the board installed in my case (Corsair 600T) with my very large cooler (Noctua D14) and a triple slot video card (Asus 570). You literally cannot see the motherboard and it looks like everything is just shoved up into the corner. So in a full sized case this board isn't the best choice if you care how the inside looks, but for a mobile gaming rig to take to lan parties and such it's an amazing little board."

joelt says: "Good little drive. And you can't beat the price for a Sata 3 drive. One thing to always remember with SSD's is to always update the firmware to the latest version. Since there are no mechanical parts in an SSD any issues with the drive are firmware ones and usually the manufacturers solve those problems with frequent updates. If you don't keep on top of it and your drive fails due to an issue that was fixed with a new version you may be denied warranty."

joelt says: "This is such a great CPU. More stable then the older Q6600 or the E8500 which were the OC'ers dream back in the day. I've been able to get this CPU up to 5GHz on air (Noctua D14) and boot. With a little voltage tweak, though with the Z68 chipset boards (Maximus IV) you don't need to tweak it much, it runs stable enough to game with. Though I knock it down to 4.6 for 24/7."

joelt says: "I've been using this mouse non stop since it dropped in October of 2009. Never had a since issue with it. For it's price no mouse compared with the features it has. Every button can be customized with scripts or macros. The software suite included with the mouse is extremely robust. And the new version now comes with a free game. Can't beat that. The best selling point for me is the macro/script feature. Best example is in CoD: MW2 there is a semi-auto, 12 round shotgun called the Striker. I wrote a macro that when ever I held the left click button, the software would click it for me every 24 m/s. Which turned a semi-auto weapon into a full auto. This also worked for the FAL rifle. I was accused of cheating almost every match. After 2 1/2 years this has been thee best peripheral I've bought for my computer."

reidf says: "I bought one of these bad boys about 2 months ago, and even with a couple of hiccups getting them set up they sound great. They are one of the few true 5.1 headsets instead of just virtual surround sound, there really is 4 drivers per ear(the bass cranked is great for making your head vibrate). Plus the handy dial usb volume control is great for getting the right balance. And its very easy to mute in hurry just push the mic up and off it goes. I cant say enough great things about the sound and comfort. Now for the bad, there have been some issues with bad mic's on these guys but it seems to be an out of the box problem so if it works your golden. Also being a usb set if your usb's are a little underpowered you wont be able to turn on the 5.1 mode running it through a powered hub fixes the issue. All in all I heartily recommend them"

Ferret says: "This is a relatively new drive so I can not say for sure the failure rates we've experienced on it. You do have to keep in mind people are more likely to remain quiet when satisfied and complain when unhappy. There was apparently an issue with the first batch, but we hope it's been taken care of by now. That said, we do have a one year in-store warranty and if we find experience a high failure rate on a product we will stop selling it. We have had good experiences with OCZ SSD in the past, so we'll see what happens. :)"

Ernie Werezak says: "Setup is easy with all the wires color codded. I noticed that the front left cord is a bit short. A great feature is there is a separate volume and power are on the front right speaker compared to a pod, which quit working in my last set. The sound is amazingly clear and the subwoofer has a good kick to it. Even though the subwoofer is off the floor, I still felt the bass in the floor. Most sound card will have a sound manager for setting up and testing speakers. Check the manufactures website for an updated driver and/or manager. A good test for any 5.1 speakers, are finding THX or Dolby surround sound files on the Internet. Some files are for testing bass and others are for testing the surround sound feature. One thing I did notice, that 5.1 speaker systems are becoming more difficult to find. Most stores, local and the large box stores, only carry one or two systems and they are usually not setup as a demo."

Joel says: "Nice monitor for the mostpart but if you work on spreadsheets a lot you may want to select another model - on several of my spreadsheets it makes a very annoying high pitched sound.
opie says: "This card is a beast! At stock speeds it easily beats any GTX580 by 15-20%. Overclocking is where this card really shines thou - there are people all over the place hitting 1.2GHz+ core with minimal heat/power increases and seeing 25-35% increase in speed over stock settings - depending on the game, this translates to 30-60% speed over an overclocked 580 -- all with less heat and power draw (http://www.hardocp.com/article/2012/01/09/amd_radeon_hd_7970_overclocking_performance_review/7)"

Riley Stagg says: "I bought Philips dl dvd+r before from OTV with a printable top, and those were way better. These ones with a silver top seem to have way less reflectivity. Mind you, they are from the same manufacturer and have the same media ID CMC MAGD03@ (CMC Magnetics Corporation) Nero Discspeed gave these silver top discs a 53 percent (terrible and will wear out your dvd player or pc's laser). KProbe2 told me that right around the layerbreak the disc has a huge spike in its pi, the best results i got were this: PI Max : 211 PI Average : 27.82 PIF Max : 4 PIF Average : 0.13 But most of the discs i burned had a PI Max of 400+. you are looking for around 100 as a max. the printable top ones with the same test PI Max : 69 PI Average : 8.78 PI Total : 246920 PIF Max : 4 PIF Average : 0.28 PIF Total : 7985 if only i didnt waste the 20 bucks on these silver tops. guess ill stick to verbatims from now on"

Arkadios says: "I have been using this mouse for a little over a year now, and it has not had any problems. The adjustable weight is an excellent feature, and it has 5 customizable DPI levels. ( I didn't figure this out for about two weeks ) The buttons still click crisp as if they were new, and the scroll-wheel doesn't twitch like some mice I've had. Combined with the ability to save macros, this is an excellent mouse for gaming. This is a great piece of hardware and well worth the price. I strongly recommend it to anybody looking for a comfortable and functional gaming mouse."

Sonja says: "I have been using one of these since OTV got them in stock and I must say it is a great keyboard. It feels great to type on and my only problems with it are the glossy finish and sometimes the macro keys get in my way (I will hit one instead of the left CTRL button, for example). Despite that I love the keyboard, it's great for gaming. If you don't like glossy surfaces and don't need the hotkeys you should probably get a DAS, but the BlackWidow is great if you don't mind those things."

userdevvyn says: "I tried this unit on two televisions and also compared it to one of a different brand. This unit seems to work as well as the RCA model I tried.
First, the newer, digital TV: Where before I couldn't even hope to pick up any digital channels over the air, I now have what I believe are all two in Saskatoon. I was also able to improve reception (over no antenna at all) an older, non-digital TV with regard to the remaining two stations that haven't switched yet. NOTE: Unlike some digital antennas, this one has a power switch which is perhaps confusingly labelled. If you use the included power adapter, set the switch to "Adapter" rather than "STB" ("set top box"), as the TV is unlikely to power the antenna's electronics on its own and the "STB" setting disconnects the power adapter plugged into it."

kevloid says: "this could've been a great case, but a couple of design flaws ruin it. first, the front comes off to clean the intake filter, which is good, but it's tethered to all the front panel cables, prettymuch buggering that convenience. second, there's almost no cutouts for routing cables and making everything all purdy inside, which is kind of an unforgiveable oversight in a case with such a humungous side window. not cool, cooler master."

You can also review our warranty policy here: http://otvtech.com/faq/in-store-warranty but please let me know if you have any questions.
frosty says: "One design flaw of most these cards if you do have them for a long time is they push air through a heat sink... smart??? I don't think so what ends up happening is the dust fills one side and the air can not pass through to cool. In turn your card heats up especially if your OC'ing and you fry it. If you want to buy a VC look for the ones that have multiple fans and cool down or support other cooling modules that do the same. Great cards overkill and all but a stupid design as far as cooling goes."

Ferret says: "Hey Jason! =) Check that your CD/DVD drive is set as the primary boot drive in the BIOS. If it is and you still get this error, are you using a SATA or IDE type drive? If you are using an IDE drive the problem should be easily solved by switching it out with a new SATA drive (which is only $22). There are a few BIOS setting changes you can attempt as well (like turning off IDE emulation for SATA drives) but the last time I got this error that didn't work for me either."
