^*Local Price Guarantee (i.e. Price Matching) applies when you offer up-to-date proof of pricing on an item of the same brand, model and configuration for sale at regular price from a retail merchant located within the same city as the OTV Technologies store at which the Guarantee is being requested. The competitor's matching item must be in stock and available for immediate sale at the time of the request for Price Matching. Staff must be allowed to verify the competitor's price. Mail-in rebates and/or any other rebates are not considered part of any price for the purposes of Price Matching. Sales, promotions, bundles, etc. that affect the value of a transaction (e.g. "buy one, get one free") cannot be considered to affect the price for the purposes of Price Matching.
